Comfortable daily contacts

Got the daily disposable blue contacts. They felt good. Color was natural looking. Shipping was standard. No issues.

Great lenses, fast shipping!

I ordered the Sharingan lenses for my cosplay, and they are perfect! The color payoff is fantastic, and they were comfortable to wear all day. Shipping was quicker than I expected too, took about a week to get to me in California. I will definitely be buying from here again. Highly recommend for any cosplayer!

Always reliable for cosplay

This was my third time ordering from Ohmykitty4u. I got the Blind Effect lenses this time, and as usual, they arrived safely and are exactly what I needed for my character. I've bought from them for several conventions now, and they've always been consistent with product quality and shipping times, usually about 8-10 days to me in Texas. It's why I keep coming back, can always count on them for my cosplay needs.

Good lenses, slow support

I bought a pair of prescription green contact lenses. The lenses themselves are quite good; they fit well and the color is vibrant without looking fake. The price was competitive, especially with the BOGO deal they had going on. My only minor issue was with customer service. I had a question about my prescription upload and it took a few days to get a response, which was a bit frustrating when I was trying to finalize my order. Delivery was about 10 days to my address in Florida. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on response times for inquiries.

Good value for red contacts

Needed some red contact lenses for a last-minute Halloween costume. Found a good deal here, saved a decent amount compared to other sites I checked. Got the yearly red lenses. They were comfortable enough for the night and definitely made the costume. Felt like I got my money's worth.

So, how do the 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' deals work? Can I also use a 10% off code with that, or is it one or the other?

C Chris 2 months ago

Nah, it's usually just one discount per order. So if you do the B2G1, you can't stack a separate coupon code on top of that.

R Ryan 2 months ago

From my experience, those multi-buy deals are considered a discount, so you can't add another code. It's either the B2G1 or the percentage off.

I'm torn between Ohmykitty4u and PinkyParadise for my next order. Anyone have thoughts on which is better for cosplay lenses?

A Alex 2 months ago

I've used both. Ohmykitty4u sometimes has more unique designs, especially for anime stuff. PinkyParadise is good too, but I find OK4U's selection a bit wider for really specific character eyes.

Ohmykitty4u often has better deals if you're buying a few pairs, like their buy X get Y free. Quality is pretty comparable though, both are solid.

Anyone know if Ohmykitty4u is legit? Heard some horror stories about fake contacts online, want to make sure I'm getting good quality.

R Ryan Carter 2 months ago

Been ordering from them for years for cosplay. Never had an issue, they're definitely real.

They've been around forever, since like 2011 I think. I've always gotten good lenses from them. Safe, if you follow the care instructions obviously.

Just wondering, do I need a prescription to buy the colored contacts from Ohmykitty4u? Some sites require it even for non-corrective lenses.

B Beth 2 months ago

For the plano (non-prescription) ones, no you don't. Only if you need vision correction.

R Renee 2 months ago

Naw, only for prescription ones. If you just want the color change and don't need glasses, you're good.

Do they offer free shipping or is it always a charge? Trying to keep my overall cost down.

L Lisa 2 months ago

You get free shipping if your order is over 50 bucks.

B Brett Beaumont 2 months ago

I always aim for the $50 mark to get free shipping. It adds up quickly with a couple pairs of lenses and maybe a case.

What's their return policy like if I accidentally order the wrong color or my eyes just don't vibe with the lenses? Can I send them back if the box is still sealed?

N Neil V. 2 months ago

Yeah, if they're unopened and sealed, you can return them. Check their site for the exact timeframe, but I've done it before no problem.

K Kevin 2 months ago

As long as the packaging is still totally sealed and unused, you should be able to return them. Once you open the blister pack though, no.

Hey, I'm thinking about ordering some colored contacts for a con next month. How long does shipping usually take to California? Don't want them to arrive after the event.

P Phil D. 3 months ago

Mine usually get here in about 2 weeks to LA, sometimes a bit faster if I pay for the express. You'd probably be okay but maybe order soon.

6

K Kevin W. 3 months ago

Yeah, I'm in NorCal and it's typically 10-14 days. If it's a super important event I'd probably add a few extra days buffer just in case, or spring for faster shipping if that's an option.
